Operational By-laws

Executive Board meetings will be 2nd Monday of January, March, May, July, September, and November or as determined by the board.

Executive Board meetings will require at least 4 members present including either President or one of VP’s.

Each executive board member may cast a single vote.
All executive board voting will require a simple majority for approval or adoption.

Existing by-laws will be adopted and any changes will require board approval and simple majority of homeowners.

Any by-law changes will be submitted to home owners for approval by written communication with subsequent ballot voting or by public meeting determined by executive board.

Each home site will have a single vote. (122 home sites) Only those occupied have a voting right.
